Putting a wedding together is a LOT of work and you might not have a ton of time right now, so let me tell you what I do. There are really pretty pictures on my Portfolio page. This page is to lay it all out. Upfront. Transparent. Everything on the table. What I know and believe in. Here we go.
I design wedding dresses.
Dramatic, romantic, unconventional wedding dresses.
If you think that custom is too much of a luxury or too expensive or too something or other, click on the link to set up an appointment, and you’ll see my current price for a wedding outfit.
But first, let’s talk dress budget.
Your dress budget may be 1k or maybe it’s 400, but did you know you could easily spend $700 or more on getting your dress to fit perfectly. I see it all the time. I also see brides going to get their dress altered cheaply, and they end up settling for bad fit, being told they need to lose weight, being told all kinds of things.
The things is, and I’ve got a lot of theories about human behavior, if you think about it, all action is practiced. So, in effect, settling is practiced.
Settling at the beginning of this next chapter in your life means that it’ll be easier to settle for the job that isn’t exactly what you want, or being treated in a way that nobody should be treated, or even the coffee drink that was made wrong but you took with you anyway.
Settling is practiced. And I don’t want you to settle.
Back to how I can help!
I also tailor wedding dresses. Why do I call it tailoring, instead of altering? The kind of alterations I do are time consuming and with lace and beading, it takes 3-4 fittings.
There’s a domino effect with alterations, and if you know what you’re doing, you know you have to let the dominoes fall before you can take your next step.
There’s a lot of fine-tuning. It’s a process. Come in for a free appointment so I can see what your dress needs or to talk about having a dress custom made.
